The Public Relations Offices represent a point of reference for citizens.

The URPs listen to and collect requests, observations and suggestions, inform and give guidance on the services of the Ausl and on the methods of access. They also manage the complaints process, support system improvement initiatives by measuring perceived quality and satisfaction with healthcare services.
